About KMC
KMC tells its own story simply: "It all started with a wheel, not a vision." The lineup now covers cast, flow formed and monoblock forged wheels, sorted into off-road, adventure and performance series.
The Impact family shows the range in one design. There is a cast Impact Beadlock, a flow formed Impact FFT, and the Impact Forged Monoblock, made from 6061-T6 forged aluminum. Several KMC wheels use its Bead Retention System, machined grooves in the bead seat that help hold the tire at low pressure.
KMC's vehicle gallery is mostly trucks and SUVs that see dirt: Raptors, Tacomas, Tundras, Wranglers and heavy-duty pickups.
Owners of Raptors, Tacomas, Wranglers and other trucks that spend weekends off pavement, from a cast daily wheel to a forged trail wheel.

KMC wheel questions
Who owns KMC Wheels?
Wheel Pros, now part of Hoonigan Group. Wheel Pros' history page says it acquired KMC and XD in 2005. KMC itself dates to 1982.
What is KMC's Bead Retention System?
KMC describes it as 360-degree machined grooves in the bead seat that grip the tire at low pressure, so you can air down without beadlock hardware.
Can Kwik Tire order and install KMC wheels?
Yes. We order through our wholesale distributors, confirm fitment for your vehicle, then mount, balance and install the wheels and move or replace your TPMS sensors.
