About Raceline
Raceline now builds wheels for passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs and UTVs, but its name still comes from the desert. One of its facilities is in Garden Grove, here in Southern California.
The truck line splits into two kinds of wheel. Street truck wheels like the 963 Omega and 964 Vector are A356 aluminum, sized 17x8.5, 18x9 and 20x9 for most 5, 6 and 8 lug trucks and SUVs. Omega adds a simulated beadlock ring, so you get the look without the bolts.
Then there are the real beadlocks, like the Ryno and Monster, with a forged 6061 ring clamping the tire bead. Raceline is blunt about them: off-road use only, not DOT approved for highway use, and not suggested for 3/4 ton and larger vehicles over 6,500 lb.
Truck and SUV owners who want an off-road look for daily driving, and off-road builders who know they want a true beadlock for the trail.

Getting Raceline wheels at Kwik Tire
- We order through our wholesale wheel distributors, so tell us the style, size and finish you want
- Fitment is checked before anything is ordered: bolt pattern, offset, center bore, load rating and lug seat
- Tires sized so the overall diameter stays where your speedometer expects it
- Mounted and balanced here, lugs torqued to the wheel maker's number
- TPMS sensors moved over when they can be, new ones programmed when they can't
- One installed number before you book
We confirm whether a Raceline wheel is a true beadlock or a simulated ring before anything else. True beadlocks are off-road only by Raceline's own rules, so for a truck that commutes on the 10 we steer you to Omega or Vector instead.

Raceline wheel questions
Who owns Raceline Wheels?
Raceline is part of Allied Wheel Components, a family-owned company. Raceline says it has been family owned since 1996 and started out making off-road racing wheels.
Are Raceline beadlock wheels street legal?
Raceline says its beadlock wheels are for off-road use only and are not DOT approved for highway use. If you want the look on a street truck, the 963 Omega has a simulated beadlock ring instead.
Can Kwik order Raceline wheels?
Yes. We order Raceline through our wholesale distributors. We check bolt pattern, offset, hub bore, load rating and tire size before ordering, then mount, balance and handle your TPMS sensors at install.
Will Kwik lift my truck for bigger Raceline wheels?
No. We do not do lift kits or suspension work. We fit wheels and tires that clear the truck as it sits, or as it already sits on an existing lift.
