About Rotiform

Rotiform splits its lineup by how the wheel is made. Flow Formed MonoBlock covers styles like TDX, SCP, CGN and LTN-J. Cast MonoBlock covers the OZR-T and NUE. Above those sit two forged lines, RotiSpec and CustomSpec.

RotiSpec is a forged monoblock series that Rotiform pitches as forged weight savings at a lower cost. Styles include LSE, LTN, AVS, TUF and a 24 inch GRZ.

The TDX is the newest take on an old favorite. Wheel Pros describes the RC215 TDX as a reimagining of the RSE, which it calls a Rotiform icon. The vehicle gallery runs from a Golf R and Audi R8 to a Peugeot 205 and a Honda Prelude.

Getting Rotiform wheels at Kwik Tire

  • We order through our wholesale wheel distributors, so tell us the style, size and finish you want
  • Fitment is checked before anything is ordered: bolt pattern, offset, center bore, load rating and lug seat
  • Tires sized so the overall diameter stays where your speedometer expects it
  • Mounted and balanced here, lugs torqued to the wheel maker's number
  • TPMS sensors moved over when they can be, new ones programmed when they can't
  • One installed number before you book

Most VW and Audi models use lug bolts, not nuts, and factory bolts often have a ball seat that does not match an aftermarket conical seat. We check bolt seat type and length, center bore, and brake clearance before your Rotiforms go on.

Rotiform wheel questions

What is the difference between Rotiform's flow formed, cast and forged wheels?

Rotiform sells Cast MonoBlock, Flow Formed MonoBlock, and two forged lines called RotiSpec and CustomSpec. Rotiform describes RotiSpec as a forged monoblock that brings forged weight savings at a lower cost. Cast is the entry point and flow formed sits in between.

Is the Rotiform TDX the same as the RSE?

Not exactly. Wheel Pros calls the RC215 TDX the next chapter of the RSE, reimagined for today's vehicles. Rotiform builds it as a flow formed monoblock.

Can Kwik Tire order Rotiform wheels?

Yes. We order through our wholesale distributors. We check bolt pattern, offset, center bore, load rating and tire size for your car first, then mount, balance and handle your TPMS sensors at install.

Can you fix a curbed Rotiform wheel?

No. We don't repair wheels. We can replace a damaged wheel and mount and balance the tire on the new one.
