About Arroyo

WTD owns and markets Arroyo as a private label, and in 2023 it said the line was growing past 300 SKUs. Arroyo's own site lists an address on Pomona Boulevard in Pomona, which makes it about as local as a tire brand gets for a Montclair shop.

The lineup is split four ways. Eco Pro covers passenger cars. Grand Sport, Ultra Sport, Razzo Sport and Extreme Sport RR are the performance tires. Eco Pro H/T, Van Pro and Corso UHT handle light trucks and vans. The Tamarock family (A/T, M/T, R/T, XR/T and X-A/T) is for off-road.

Arroyo plays in the same value tier as Lionhart and Achilles. Next to Cooper or General, it has a much shorter track record.

Commuters who want a value all-season, work vans and trailers, and truck owners after an off-road look without a premium-brand budget.

Arroyo questions

Where are Arroyo tires from?

Arroyo is a house brand from WTD, which lists a Pomona, California address. The country each tire was made in is molded on its sidewall.

What's the difference between Tamarock A/T and Tamarock R/T?

Arroyo calls the A/T all-terrain and the R/T rugged terrain. A rugged-terrain tread sits between an all-terrain and a mud-terrain: bigger shoulder blocks and more grip in dirt, but more road noise. If the truck is your daily driver, start with the A/T.

Does Arroyo make trailer tires?

Yes, two ST special trailer tires, one semi-steel and one all-steel. ST tires are built for trailers only. Don't run them on a car or truck.
