About Hankook
The U.S. range is split into families. Kinergy is touring, Ventus is performance, Dynapro is SUV and truck, and iON is Hankook's line for electric vehicles.
The Kinergy 4S2 came to North America in 2020 as an all-weather tire with the three-peak mountain snowflake mark. The Dynapro AT2 Xtreme replaced the original Dynapro AT2 with a more aggressive shoulder and a 60,000-mile warranty.
Hankook and Nexen are the two Korean brands on our list. They're separate companies, and Hankook has the bigger lineup.

Are Hankook tires made in the USA?
Some are. Hankook opened a plant in Clarksville, Tennessee in October 2017. The plant code in the DOT number on the sidewall tells you where a given tire was built, and we can read it with you.
Is Hankook the same company as Nexen?
No. Both are Korean tire makers, but they're separate companies with separate lineups.
