Defender2 or CrossClimate2?
Michelin groups Defender under durability and CrossClimate under all-weather confidence. If the car stays in the Inland Empire, the Defender2 is built for long tread life. If you drive up to Big Bear or Mt. Baldy in winter, the CrossClimate2 is the one built for snow.
Does Michelin make Achilles tires?
Indirectly. Achilles is built by Multistrada in Indonesia, which has been a Michelin subsidiary since 2019. They're sold as separate brands at different tiers.
